Compliance & risk mitigation

Verified before it ships. Not after you ask.

Pre-shipment inspection, residue compliance, and trade finance terms — documented in full, for every lot, before container loading.

Est. 2005 Third-party verified · SGS / Intertek

Inspection culture

Premium export confidence is created before the container is sealed.

Quality checks, lab readiness, packaging verification, container condition, weight confirmation, and document control help buyers move faster with less uncertainty.

Food quality laboratory inspection

01 · Pre-Shipment Inspection

Independently verified before the container is sealed.

Every shipment is subject to third-party pre-shipment inspection (PSI) prior to loading. We do not rely on our own grading alone to certify a lot for export.

Auditing bodies

Inspections conducted by internationally recognized bodies including SGS and Intertek, at the buyer's request or as standard protocol for first-time accounts.

What is verified

Grain specification conformity (AGL, moisture, broken grain, admixture), net weight per bag, packaging integrity, and container condition prior to seal.

Documentation issued

A formal Certificate of Inspection and weight verification report, issued prior to bill of lading, available to the buyer's bank for L/C document compliance.

02 · MRL & Phytosanitary Compliance

Built for the destination market's standard, not the lowest common one.

Pesticide residue limits and phytosanitary requirements vary significantly between the EU, UK, and GCC. We test and certify to the destination market's specific standard, not a generic baseline.

RequirementStandard Applied
Maximum Residue Limits (MRL)EU Regulation (EC) No. 396/2005 for European-bound shipments; GCC Standardization Organization (GSO) limits for GCC-bound shipments
Phytosanitary certificationIssued per consignment by the National Plant Protection Organization, in line with IPPC standards
FumigationCertified fumigation on request, with treatment certificate provided
Heavy metals & aflatoxinTested against destination-market thresholds on request, with lab report provided

Specific MRL panels tested vary by destination and buyer request. Lab testing is conducted via accredited third-party laboratories; reports are issued per lot, not per season.

03 · Trade Finance Framework

Clear terms, stated upfront.

We work within a defined set of trade finance terms. Stating them clearly here is deliberate — it lets serious buyers self-qualify before the first call, and saves both sides time.

Accepted Payment Terms

Letter of Credit (Preferred)

Confirmed, Irrevocable Letter of Credit at Sight (L/C), issued through an internationally recognized bank. This is our standard term for new accounts and tender-based orders.

Advance / Deposit Terms

Considered for established accounts with prior trading history. Typically structured as a deposit against confirmed order, balance against shipping documents.

Accepted Incoterms

IncotermDescription
FOBFree on Board — Port Qasim or Karachi Port. Buyer arranges and bears cost of ocean freight and insurance from origin port.
CIFCost, Insurance & Freight — to buyer's named destination port. We arrange freight and insurance through to discharge port.
CFRCost & Freight — available on request, where buyer prefers to arrange their own marine insurance.

A note on terms we do not accept

We do not process orders against open account terms, unconfirmed L/Cs, or telegraphic transfer after shipment for new accounts. This is a standard risk-mitigation policy applied equally to all new buyers, regardless of order size.
