02 · What data we collect

Information submitted through our RFQ form

• Full name, company name, email address, and phone number
• Rice variety preference, volume, Incoterm, and payment term
• Additional notes voluntarily submitted
• Server access logs (IP address, browser type) collected by our hosting provider
• We do not set tracking cookies directly

03 · Why we collect it

Purpose of processing

• To respond to trade inquiries and issue formal quotations
• To assess buyer suitability for high-value export orders
• We do not sell, share, or rent personal data to third parties

04 · How long we retain it

Data retention

• RFQ submissions are retained for 2 years for trade record purposes
• Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days — email us to request removal

• Right to access, correct, and delete your data
• Right to restrict or object to processing
• Right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority

06 · Data security

How submissions are handled

• Form submissions are processed via Formspree (see formspree.io/legal/privacy)
• We do not store payment card data of any kind
• Access to submitted data is restricted to authorised personnel only
