Clear terms. Same discipline as our export contracts.
The terms and conditions governing quotations, orders, payment, delivery, and use of this website.
01 · Who these terms apply to
Hanzla International Corporation
These Terms & Conditions govern all quotations, purchase orders, and export contracts issued by Hanzla International Corporation (“we”, “us”), a rice export business based in Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan, established 2005. They also govern use of this website. By submitting an RFQ, placing an order, or browsing this site, you agree to these terms.
02 · Quotations
How quotations work
- Quotations issued via our RFQ form or by email are indicative and subject to confirmation of stock, mill availability, and current market pricing at the time of order
- Prices are typically quoted FOB Pakistani seaports unless CFR or CIF is separately agreed
- Quotations remain valid for the period stated in the quotation document, or 7 days if unstated
03 · Orders & payment
Order confirmation and payment terms
- An order is confirmed only once both parties agree on variety, volume, packaging, Incoterm, price, and payment terms in writing
- Accepted payment methods include irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) and Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), with exact terms confirmed per order
- Production and loading begin only after payment terms agreed in the order confirmation are met
04 · Delivery & risk
Shipping, delivery, and risk transfer
- Delivery timelines communicated are estimates and may vary with mill, vessel, and port schedules
- Risk and title transfer in accordance with the agreed Incoterm (FOB, CFR, or CIF) for the order
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs, port congestion, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control
05 · Quality & claims
Specifications and quality claims
- Goods are supplied to the specification agreed in the order confirmation, consistent with our published grain specifications
- Buyers are encouraged to arrange third-party pre-shipment inspection (e.g. SGS, Intertek) before loading
- Quality claims must be raised in writing within 7 days of container arrival at destination port, supported by inspection evidence
06 · Cancellations
Order changes and cancellations
- Orders confirmed and in production may not be cancelled without mutual written agreement
- Deposits or advance payments made under agreed L/C or T/T terms may be non-refundable once milling or packaging has commenced, as specified in the order confirmation
